1. The Service is experimental

VGRTAI is a personal, experimental project offered free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind and no guarantee of uptime, correctness or availability.

2. It runs on third-party APIs

VGRTAI does not own any AI model. To answer you it forwards your prompts to third-party AI, search and code-execution APIs operated by other companies, including public and unofficial endpoints that require no account. Where you add your own provider in Settings, your prompts, your API key and your data go directly to that third party under their own terms and privacy policy. We do not control those providers and we are not responsible for what they do with your data, for their outages, or for their rate limits.

3. It makes mistakes

VGRTAI can and will make mistakes. It can hallucinate facts, dates, numbers, code, laws, prices, medical or financial information, and it can cite sources that do not support what it says. Everything it produces is unverified output. Always check important information against a reliable primary source before you rely on it.

4. Code and shell execution

Some answers are produced by running commands in remote sandboxes operated by third parties. Never send secrets, private data, credentials or anything illegal. Never run generated code on your machine or your servers without reading it first.

5. Your responsibility

Anything you build, publish, deploy or decide using VGRTAI output is entirely your responsibility.
You are responsible for the legality of your prompts and of what you do with the answers.
You are responsible for any cost, loss, damage, data loss, legal claim or consequence that comes from using this Service or anything made with it.
You must not use VGRTAI for illegal activity, harassment, malware, spam, or to generate content that violates the law of your country.

6. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGRTAI and its author are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data, downtime, security incident, or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including output you acted on.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. We may delete, reset or suspend any account or data at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use VGRTAI.

9. Changes

These terms can change at any time. Continuing to use VGRTAI after a change means you accept the new version.

Short version: this is a free experimental tool that runs on other people's APIs, it gets things wrong, and whatever you make with it is yours — and your responsibility.
